"For over 7.5 years, we've hired Heather Wright to perform marketing, web design, PR, trade show, graphic design and copywriting services, as well as provide consulting for appearances and interviews. We began with a strong product and service in the motorcycle and custom auto industry 13 years ago, but with her help; we’ve been able to gain some momentum. She has designed a new website for us each year and our presence online continues to grow, bringing us higher in search engines without the need for paying for clicks or ad space.
With Ms. Wright’s efforts, we can now track and prove what business we receive from website visitors and advertising through monthly reports. Each month, we gain more clients and track the calls and walk-ins that we receive, so we can definitely see a result. Ms. Wright has gotten us interviews on local television news networks more than once, featured in national print magazines and web features and we were recently featured in the Houston Chronicle. We’ve been approached by seven production companies interested in either creating a show around our company or featuring us in an industry related show on cable networks. We’ve been invited to display our work in a five month museum exhibit in Indianapolis, to compete in major events across the United States with our work and asked to be a speaker and featured builder at events. These opportunities came as a direct result of Ms. Wright’s creation of an online press kit and informing those interested in our company. On the occasions where we were contacted by companies for an appearance, Ms. Wright has played a major role as our liaison in the process from start to finish, arranging photo shoots, designing print materials and submitting bios and press releases.
We strive to provide a quality product and innovative designs for our customers. Ms. Wright has brought our hard work to the forefront via our website, print, events and online campaigns.
We are so satisfied with the results of her efforts, that we trust her also to provide the same services for our more conservative sister company, CTC Metal Specialties, which markets to our commercial, residential, government and industrial clients. Currently she is building up our social networks for the commercial side of our company, as well as the marketing collateral needed to expand to this sector. Though she only works on a project to project basis, we will continue to request her services as long as she is available to do so."
